Background
Andrew brings over 25 years of coaching experience in high-performance sport, most recently with New Zealand Cricket. He has worked with people of all ages and stages—from professional athletes to those new to training.
This breadth of experience allows him to take a well-rounded approach to health, performance, and long-term wellbeing.
Committed to living what he coaches, Andrew has completed multiple marathons and cycling events and is currently training for his first Kepler ultramarathon.
Outside of coaching, he enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and is learning to surf.
