Background
Andrew brings over 25 years of coaching experience working in high performance sport, most recently with New Zealand Cricket. He has worked with people of all ages and stages - from professional athletes to those completely new to training, and everything in between.
This breadth of experience allows Andrew to look beyond exercise alone, taking a well-rounded approach to health, performance, and long-term wellbeing.
Passionate about living what he coaches, Andrew has completed multiple marathons and cycling events, and is currently training for his first Kepler ultramarathon.
Outside of coaching, he enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and has recently started learning to surf.
