Discover the sport, recreation, and active movement opportunities available for older adults at Parakiore Recreation and Sport Centre.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Have a go at a range of activities suitable for older adults
- Learn about ongoing programmes and memberships
- Connect with others and explore Parakiore
For just $6, participants can try as many activities as they like throughout the day. Simply pay at the Customer Experience Desk to receive a wristband, which provides access to activities.
Some activities will require pre-registration and will be identified in the programme below.
As an added bonus, participants can enjoy 10% off at Aquarius Café. Stay for a cuppa, relax, and connect with others after your activity.

Activities will run every 30 minutes across the pools, courts, fitness centre, and group fitness spaces.
