Fitness induction for new Gym members
We understand that starting at a new gym can be both exciting and overwhelming, which is why we offer all new Gym and Gym & Pool members a 4 week fitness induction programme.
Designed to provide new members with a seamless start to their fitness journey, the induction begins with a detailed health and wellness questionnaire. You'll also receive a comprehensive tour of centre and we'll show you how to master cardio equipment.
A fitness instructor will develop your personalised fitness programme to align with your unique goals and preferences. We'll schedule a progress review to fine-tune your personal programme and review your achievements.
