Fitness induction for new Gym members
We understand that starting at a new gym can be both exciting and overwhelming, which is why we offer all new Gym and Gym & Pool members a 4 week fitness induction programme.
Designed to provide new members with a seamless start to their fitness journey, the induction begins with a detailed health and wellness questionnaire. You'll also receive a comprehensive tour of centre and we'll show you how to master cardio equipment.
A fitness instructor will develop your personalised fitness programme to align with your unique goals and preferences. We'll schedule a progress review to fine-tune your personal programme and review your achievements.

BIA scales
Monitor your progress with BIA scales (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis), available free to Gym and Gym & Pool members as part of the Induction Programme and Personal Programme.
BIA scales are great tool to monitor progress by understanding your muscle mass, lean body mass and metabolic age, along with many other useful measures.
