He emphasises that a healthy mindset is the foundation for physical health, which then positively impacts every other aspect of life. Fabio specialises in fat loss, muscle gain, deep tissue massage, recovery, and the role of nutrition in training.
Currently based at Jellie Park, Fabio is committed to showing his clients just how much they can achieve when they shift their mindset. His inspiration for becoming a personal trainer stems from his passion for movement, health, and helping others lead a life where everyday tasks are no longer a chore. Fabio knows firsthand the profound improvements in life that come from prioritising mental and physical health and is dedicated to guiding others on this journey, recognising that it takes time but is well worth the effort.

Background
Fabio studied Personal Training and Exercise Health and Consultancy through the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness (NZIHF). Having experienced the ups and downs of weight loss and gain multiple times, Fabio has, in recent years, developed a mindset that has transformed his life. He successfully lost 51 kgs in 6 months and, over the following 6 months, became competition-ready for bodybuilding.
