Background
Growing up in Brazil, a country known for its vibrant sports culture, Wesley developed a passion for physical activity at an early age. In 2010, he transitioned into the fitness industry, starting as a gym instructor focused on personalised workout plans. Over the years, Wesley expanded his expertise to include leading group fitness classes like Zumba, Aquafit, Burn Zone, and REVL sessions. His approach emphasises enjoyment and community, ensuring every participant feels encouraged and motivated.
Over the years, Wesley has acquired several qualifications and certifications that have enriched his practice as a fitness professional. These qualifications, enable Wesley to address a wide range of fitness goals, from weight management and muscle building to injury prevention and recovery.

Philosophy
As a personal trainer and fitness coach, Wesley's approach is centered on three core principles:
- Personalisation - Every individual is unique, and so should their fitness journey be. Wesley takes the time to understand my clients' goals, preferences, and challenges to design customised programs that align with their needs.
