Yoga and Pilates is getting an overhaul.
With our new booking system in place, we've made a few changes to our Yoga and Pilates courses and Stretch & Release class to make things simpler and to offer better value.
Experience Yoga and Pilates at all our centres
From Monday 9 October 2023, we’ll offer Yoga and Pilates as classes as part of our group fitness timetable, and they’ll be offered at Graham Condon, Jellie Park, Pioneer, Taiora QEII and Te Pou Toetoe Linwood Pool.
We’re also removing Stretch & Release from our group fitness class timetable. Those who enjoy Stretch & Release will be able to attend any of these new Yoga and Pilates classes.
All of these new classes will be included in our membership options. Customers will be able to join as many of the classes as they like, at any of our centres, with a Gym or Gym & Pool membership, with a multi-visit pass, or by paying for a casual visit.
Book from Sunday 1 October
Customers will be able to book these new classes from Sunday 1 October 2023. They can book up to eight days prior to each class on our website or by logging into their online account.
Yoga and Pilates for everyone
We’ve done this in response to customer feedback and market research. This will streamline everything – membership and casual options are very popular, and this change means customers can access all our group fitness classes at all of our centres no matter which type of membership they have. It’s better value for money, and more flexible than the term-based, prepaid option we’ve been offering.
