Ben was inspired to become a personal trainer as he wanted to turn his love for training and helping people achieve their goals into a career. He enjoys the process of strength training as well as muscle building which is empowering and aids in building confidence. He believes training not only increases physical strength but also mental strength. Ben tailors his clients’ plans to meet their goals while keeping them enjoyable and fun.

Background
Ben started off his fitness journey at Pioneer Recreation and Sport Centre, during high school, where he fell in love with muscle building and strength training.
