Background
Kristina started teaching yoga and personal training in 2009, after a being a long-time group exercise and yoga student. Following the 2011 earthquake she stopped personal training but continued teaching yoga. Kristina studied a Bachelor of Business, post-grad diploma in Psychology and Body-Psychotherapy and is currently studying to be an Ayurveda Wellness Coach and Counsellor. Kristina has been teaching Yoga at the Christchurch City Council since 2018 and Aqua classes since 2019.
Kristina recently completed a NZIS Personal Training certificate and has completed 1,000+ hours of Yoga Teacher training in August 2024. Kristina is REPS registered as a personal trainer and yoga teacher, has a level four in personal training, is a Yoga NZ registered yoga teacher and Anusara Inspired Yoga teacher. Kristina is on the International Board for the School of Anusara Hatha Yoga and is their country coordinator for Australia and New Zealand. She is also the co-Director of Yoga to Transform, an online Yoga School.
