Background
Yhodie completed his Level 5 personal trainer certification at AUT Auckland and has worked
in various gyms, aged care facilities, and community health hubs. He's certified in Metafit
(HIIT fitness), Punchfit (Boxing for fitness), and Exercise as Medicine. Yhodie has
experience in weight loss and toning, muscle building, strength and balance training for older
adults, post-injury workouts, and sport-specific training for athletes.Since he was young, Yhodie has been passionate about training and sports. For over 20
years, he's been helping people improve their health and fitness through personal training
and group classes. Whether you're a beginner, an athlete with specific needs, or an older
adult, Yhodie is here to help you become the best version of yourself. He loves seeing his
clients reach their goals with fun and effective training methods.
