Pilates Foundation provides the perfect introduction to the six principles of Pilates: breath, concentration, control, precision, centre, and flow.
Pilates focuses on strengthening your core muscles, arms, legs, and improving pelvic stability. You will increase your muscle strength and flexibility, build your endurance, improve your posture and balance.
You will learn how to put the six principles of Pilates into action so that your body works in an optimum way.
This class is ideal for beginners wanting to achieve key skills and strength needed to advance into our Pilates class, people wanting to take a more gentle Pilates approach or those recovering from injury.
