The Hornby Residents' Association and Hornby Rotary have pulled out all the stops this year in their mission to raise $1.4million for the Matatiki hydrotherapy pool.
Since launching their campaign in 2022, the groups have raised $1.1million in generous grants from:
- Hornby Rotary $100,000
- Lotteries $300,000
- Rata Foundation $300,000
- New Zealand Community Trust $400,000
The groups also report that they have sold 67 bubbles through their 'Buy a Bubble' campaign, raising $38,000 (and counting!).
